Any arrivals without the consent of the International Cooperation Department are prohibited.

Can I get to Russia?

- You can get to Russia if you are a citizen of: Belarus, Great Britain, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Tanzania, Croatia, Switzerland, Greece, Morocco, South Korea only by air.

What rules should I follow?

- When crossing the State Border of the Russian Federation inform the officials exercising sanitary and quarantine control about the absence of COVID-19 disease with the submission of a medical document (in Russian or English) confirming the negative result of a laboratory study of material for COVID-19, selected no earlier than three calendar days prior to arrival in the Russian Federation, medical documents confirming the detection of immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies (if any).

In the absence of a medical document confirming a negative laboratory test result for COVID-19, be tested for a new coronavirus infection in Russia. Before receiving the results of laboratory tests for COVID-19 observe the isolation regime at the place of residence.

What if I violate the isolation conditions?

-Violation of the isolation conditions entails administrative liability.

As the borders open arrival schedules will be formed in accordance with the decree of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in agreement with the International Cooperation Department.
