Reshetnev University is proud of its cultural life and students activities. We have a place for every interest.

Reshetnev University Aerospace House of Culture [Dvorets Cultury Aerokosmicheskii] is the interuniversity center of youth in Krasnoyarsk. It is home for many traditional events of students all over the city:

More than 20 ensembles of student activities are popular not only in the university, but in the city, region and beyond. Teams have often been nominated in the city, regional and Russian competitions for different award nominations.

Here you can learn folk, sport, ballroom, street and modern kinds of dance, develop vocality and express your talents in Dance&Light Shows, School of Rock&Roll, or to enter for Bard Club. KVN (Russian Abbreviation for Klub Vesyólykh i Nakhódchivykh [Club of the Funny and Inventive People] is waiting for its stars.

Comet Recreation Center

The center is located in Shirinsky district of the Republic of Khakassia near the healing lake Shira. Nowadays it has become the university center for students and teaching staff of Krasnoyarsk region and other cities of Russia. Friendly environment and amazing flora of Khakassia in combination with the healing properties of mud and salty water are the reason of growing number of the tourists coming here. The center is working during all summer period. It is possible to buy the tour for as many days as you wish. The center has 3, 4 and 6 bed houses, equipped with refrigerators, cookers, dishes, furniture, bed clothes, etc.

Athletics

 

Reshetnev University has its strong sports traditions. Highly qualified coaches share their experience with students. Masters of sports and world champions are among the coaches of Reshetnev University.

Our Sports Complex includes:

Center of Water Sports hosts competitions in various water sports of regional and national standards. The center includes three pools of different size and depth for children and adults and a gymnasium that can be used for different kinds of sport.

There are gymnasiums for volleyball, basketball, soccer, etc.

In March 2017, a new gym was opened in the educational building of Reshetnev University. The Center of Water Sports holds up to 30 competitions annually, for example Russian Underwater Championship, Open Siberian Finswimming Cup, Krasnoyarsk region Swimming Championship, etc. Our Sports Complex offers a unique opportunity for students to develop both athletic and leadership abilities, train and become champions.

 Dining

You’ll find tasty, healthy and cheap food in the dining rooms of Reshetnev University. The average cost for the full lunch is just 70 rubles.

Housing

 

There are 10 residence halls where live more than 5 000 graduate and postgraduate students from all over the world. The residences contain everything for comfort living: modern furniture, bedding, kitchenware, sporting equipment, etc. The allocation is made shortly before student’s arrival. Students usually stay in a mixed student accommodation, where they share kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities.

Health & Medicine

 

Reshetnev University Medical Center takes care of staff and student health, students and staff receive necessary treatment and may have a medical examination here. Throughout the year the center organizes systematic examinations and vaccinations. Together with Krasnoyarsk Territorial Station of Blood Transfusion, Reshetnev University twice a year organizes the Day of Donors.
