The Institute provides an opportunity to obtain higher technical education, to become a specialist in civil aviation, customs and foreign economic activity. In addition, students of the Institute can receive a second higher education in economics. Russian students who received valid Class Medical Certificate have the opportunity to study at the Military Department with the following appointment as reserve officers. There are 8 aircrafts in the park of educational aviation-technical facility of the Institute.

Alumni of the Institute work at aviation enterprises of different countries of the world and in the largest Russian airlines.

Such specialists are in demand in security agencies of the Russian Federation, large centers of the country, ports, airports and organizations that carry out interstate financial calculations.
