Forum of the Association of North East Asia Regional Governments (NEAR) presents to the youth of the six North-Eastern Asian countries the virtual platform “Metaverse”. In there the participants will be able to strengthen mutual understanding and friendly relations through thematic discussions and cultural exchange using cutting-edge technologies.

The theme of the forum: “international exchange and cooperation.”

Sub-topics: 1) Education 2) Culture⋅Tourism 3) Environment 4) Policies for Young Adults (jobs, marriage, housing, etc.)

Eligible Participants: About 200 persons from six countries: China, Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Russia, and Vietnam
